In July, UAE announced that the golden visa holders will be entitled to an Esaad privilege card issued by the Dubai Police. The UAE golden visa holders are granted ten-year residency, which is very special since the renewal is mandatory for the standard visa holders every two to three years. Now the UAE golden visa holders will also be eligible to  to avail of exclusive health insurance plans.

The Esaad privilege card entitles the owners to some excellent savings on lodging, tuition, dining out, travel, and other expenses. According to the National Health Insurance Company - Daman, owners of the UAE golden visa will now also be able to take advantage of exclusive health insurance products.

These premium health insurance policies will cost less than Dhs2400. The schemes would pay up to 20,000 Dhs in claims. Core Silver, Enhanced Gold, and Premier are the three levels of coverage that will be offered. These health insurance policies are available to any UAE golden visa holders and their dependents who do not presently have a health insurance plan, and they are subject to yearly renewal.
